Lavender Tincture 2oz

Lavender tincture, a concentrated alcohol-based extract of lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia), is primarily used as a calming nervine to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia. It helps alleviate mild anxiety, promotes restful sleep, reduces nervous tension, and may assist with digestive issues and headaches. It is often used to support emotional balance and calmness.

Take 2-3 droppers full (1tsp) 2-3 times per day. Always check with your physician before starting any herbal supplement.
