Red Clover may help with relieving symptoms of menopause, it may help reduce the frequency of hot flashes and night sweats.  Red Clover may also help with osteoporosis, cardiovascular health, and certain skin conditions.

Red Clover acts as a natural hormone replacement due to it's phytoestrogen isoflavone content.
